Log an outreach activity on a HubSpot contact (a LinkedIn connection request, message or reply) as a note that opens with its type. With an external_id a retry returns the note already logged for that contact instead of logging a second; HubSpot's search index lags new records by seconds, so a retry inside that window can still log twice.
