Run recruitcrm.contact.upsert

Create a RecruitCRM contact by email, or return the existing one (it is left as it is). A new contact is linked to company_id (a company slug), else to the company named company_name, which is created when RecruitCRM has none. first_name/last_name are sent as given; full_name is split only when both are missing. list_id is not used: RecruitCRM contacts have no list.
