Run sourcewhale.candidate.upsert

Add a person to a SourceWhale campaign, or report that SourceWhale already holds them (found by email, then by LinkedIn URL; the existing candidate is left as it is). Needs an email or a linkedin_url. owner_email, when given, is the SourceWhale user the candidate is added for. The campaign's start is SourceWhale's own default: sendImmediately is never sent.
