A model reads one text and answers the caller's closed questions and copies out its quote fields; each quote is `verified` only when it appears word for word in the item's `text`. `pass_rule` (optional) removes an item by its answers; every answer is returned either way, with the `rubric_sha` of the rendered prompt. `model` defaults to claude-sonnet-5, `max_tokens` to 2048 (at most 4096). Billed in tokens, reported in `units`.
